Margaret Pearson (nee Hilton) was born on April 16, 1934. Margaret spent her working life at Booth Hall Children's Hospital retiring as a nursing sister specialising in children with neurological conditions in 1987. Much loved wife of Bob Pearson, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She left us after a long battle against breast cancer and will always be remembered and loved by all her family and friends. Robert Cornelius Pearson was born on March 16, 1933. Bob graduated from The University of Manchester with a degree in Physics and went on to study engineering with A V Roe and Company in Chadderton. Bob left Avro in1960 to set up Normec (Manchester) Limited and was managing director of both Normec and Ceramic Seals Limited until his retirement. Bob was devoted to Margaret and was much loved by his family. Dad was taken from us by pancreatic cancer but will always be lovingly remembered by his family and close friends.
